During the meeting, the main results of the work of the units were summarized, the performance of the plans, the implementation of key projects and the implementation of the tasks set out were considered, the heads of the structural units provided information about the results achieved, as well as identified problematic issues requiring additional attention and systemic solutions.

Particular attention was paid to improving the efficiency of management processes, interdepartmental interaction, optimization of working mechanisms and further development of priority activities.

As a result of the meeting, the main guidelines for further work have been defined, appropriate instructions have been given and directions have been identified that require increased control to ensure the sustainable development and increase the overall effectiveness of the Enterprise’s activities.
