During the meeting, a wide range of current issues related to the Enterprise’s activities were discussed. Branch leaders reported on the work done to prepare the facilities and infrastructure for the upcoming heating season. Particular attention was paid to ensuring the uninterrupted functioning of the equipment and creating conditions for the effective work of employees in the autumn-winter period.

In addition, issues arising on the ground and ways of resolving them were discussed. The participants of the meeting exchanged views on the issues of organizing production processes, economic activities and improving the efficiency of management.

At the end of the meeting, the first head gave specific instructions and directions aimed at further improving the work of the branches and structural units.
