In the period from 23 to 27 December 2024, a primary accreditation was carried out, during which the involved evaluators of the RGP National accreditation center carried out a comprehensive assessment of key aspects of the laboratory’s activities in accordance with the requirements of the international standard GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019.
According to the results of the evaluation, the laboratory has received an Accreditation Certificate confirming the quality of the services provided, compliance with the established requirements for competence and reliability of tests, as well as improved reputation and competitiveness. The presence of accreditation indicates the official recognition of the laboratory’s ability to perform tests, measurements and research at a high technical level and to meet the requirements of customers.
Accreditation is of particular importance in the context of the geographical location of the laboratory in the border region with high export potential. According to the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29 June 2015 No. 7-1/587 About approval of the Veterinary (veterinary-sanitary) rules, veterinary-sanitary examination of food products when importing (importing) and exporting (exporting) to the territory (from the territory) of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out only by veterinary laboratories or laboratories accredited in the national accreditation systems of the member states of the European Economic Union and included in the Unified Register of bodies for evaluation of conformity of the EAEU, in accordance with the Treaty on European Economic Union of 29 May 2014.
The resulting Certificate opens up new possibilities for the development of the laboratory, including in the field of foreign economic activities.
