The purpose of the visits is to update and develop new time norms (chronometry) and raw material consumption norms. During the work, research on particularly dangerous diseases of agricultural animals and food safety issues has been carried out. This has allowed to increase the accuracy of planning and improve production processes.
Particular attention is paid to the optimization of resources and the introduction of modern approaches to process management in laboratories.
The results of the initiative are aimed at improving the working methods and strengthening the health of animal husbandry.
