The Republican Veterinary Laboratory is in the primary organization of the public association Industrial trade union of agricultural workers Federation of trade unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan plays a key role in ensuring the rights and interests of workers, paying particular attention to improving working conditions and social support.

The Federation has more than 1.6 million members and is actively working to protect their rights and improve working conditions. Of the more than 16 thousand primary trade union organizations that are part of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republican Veterinary Laboratory has been selected for the award.

On October 8, a meeting was held in the walls of the Republican Veterinary Laboratory with the participation of representatives of the Federation of Trade Unions. The Federation of Trade Unions presented a letter of appreciation for the significant contribution to the protection of the rights and interests of workers, as well as for the active participation in the development of the trade union movement of the RVL. The letter, signed by the Federation chairman, Daulettin Satybaldi Telagisovich, became a recognition of the many years of work on improving working conditions and increasing the social protection of laboratory employees.

Particular attention was paid to services in the field of labour protection, labour rights and support for employees in difficult production situations. The laboratory has repeatedly demonstrated its commitment to the principles of social justice and decent working conditions, which became the basis for receiving this high award.

The uniqueness of this letter is that it emphasizes not only the current successes but also the contribution to the future development of the trade union movement.

Work on the protection of labour rights and the development of the trade union movement continues to be one of the priority areas of activity.
