We are pleased to announce a number of personnel changes that have taken place in the management of our enterprise. RVL has always strived for continuous development and efficient management, so these changes reflect our desire for progress.
The first change is related to the head of the department of methodology and educational center. We are pleased to announce that this responsible position was appointed by Bayseitov Sayat Tullebayevich, who worked in this department as the chief expert. Previously he worked in the regions, where he went from veterinary doctor to head of the laboratory. Thanks to his professionalism and contribution to the activities of the RVL, he was invited to work in the Central apparatus. Sayat Tullebayevich has a rich experience and deep knowledge in his field, and we are confident that under his leadership this department will continue its successful work.
The former head of the methodology department, Kerimbayev Altynay Uskenbayevna, is moving to a new position. She will now lead the department of strategic planning, risk assessment and external relations.
We are also pleased to announce the appointment of Gulnar Amangeldievna as head of the Department of Economics and Pricing. Gulnar Amangeldievna previously held the position of head of the Department of Strategic Planning, Risk Assessment and External Relations, and we are confident that she will bring her knowledge and experience to her new position.
It should be noted that our leadership, led by General Director Elshibayev Temirhan Amantayevich, adheres to the principle of meritocracy, which means that all leadership positions in the RVL are appointed from among our employees who have demonstrated high professional qualities and achieved excellent results in their work.
