The Ministry of Agriculture has carried out work on developing and preparing for the launch of the module VetLab (animal diagnostic studies) in the information system Identification of agricultural animals.
It is designed to transmit information on laboratory testing of samples in the field of diagnostics of diseases of agricultural animals. Within the framework of the launch, processes are implemented to automatically form electronic documents (accompaniment letter, sample selection act and inventory) on samples of biological and pathological material selected from animals in the information system Identification of agricultural animals, sampling and transfer of research results to Vetlab.
At the same time, the results of the studies automatically enter the information system Identification of agricultural animals, which allows to completely eliminate the factor of timely, incomplete input of data on diagnostic studies of animals.
At the same time, all the actions of the participants in the process are confirmed by the EPC and reflected in the digital documents.
The module has undergone pilot testing in the Almaty, Karaganda, North Kazakhstan and Turkestan regions and has received suggestions from laboratory specialists and veterinary doctors of local executive bodies.
The developers trained veterinary doctors of local executive bodies, specialists of veterinary laboratories and veterinary inspectors of all regions.
As a result of the training conducted on March 9, 2022, VetLab was launched, which will allow us to take another step in creating a reliable veterinary system.
This module has been developed within the framework of the mandate of the Head of State on reforming the veterinary system, in particular digitalisation of processes, automation of data collection and transmission
