A meeting to prepare for the heating season.
In most branches of the Republican Veterinary Laboratory, the heating season is under threat of collapse. On August 8, 2023, a meeting (ZUM) was held in the central office under the chairmanship of general director T.A. Elshibayev with the participation of the directors of the regional and regional branches to find out the reasons.
As it turned out, the heads of the branches did not organize a timely audit of the heating systems on the ground and did not submit price proposals. Although the order was given in December 2022 at the board of directors.
As a result, the competition on the state procurement portal, which is held for more than 1 month, has not yet been announced.
As general director T.A. Elshibayev noted, there are less than 2 months left before the heating season in some regions and due to incomplete instructions in the branches, there may be emergency situations due to frosts.
The comments were received by the directors of the branches, the deputy director general for administrative and economic affairs and the head of the department of economic security and logistics.
At the end of the meeting, the Director General of the Enterprise instructed:
1) correct all shortcomings in the shortest possible time;
2) the deputy director general for administrative-household work has been instructed to provide information on the purchase of fuel-energy resources: coal , wood , diesel fuel for heating in all branches;
3) if these instructions are not fulfilled and the heating season is interrupted, bring the culprits to disciplinary responsibility.
