The year of maturity and institutional consolidation 2025 was a period of consolidation of the results achieved and confirmation of the institutional maturity of the Republican Veterinary Laboratory.
During the year, repeated inspection checks and accreditation procedures have been successfully completed, pathogen work permits have been extended, key infrastructure projects have been completed, personnel management systems have continued to develop, HR processes have been digitized and working conditions improved.
Financial results confirmed the sustainability of the chosen development model: in 2025, the volume of paid services reached 1,736 billion tenge, increasing by 39,1% compared to the previous year.
The social policy of the enterprise was aimed at strengthening the personnel and increasing the motivation of the staff.The average wage of the employees reached 274 633 tenge, increasing by 6,2%, and the total wage growth for 20222025 was 66%, which reflects the priority attention to the development of human capital.
An important event of 2025 was the development of international cooperation. Within the framework of cooperation with the People’s Republic of China, a food safety laboratory was opened on the basis of the laboratory in East Kazakhstan region, fully equipped with modern high-precision equipment on a free basis.
The official opening of the laboratory took place with the participation of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the East Kazakhstan Region and the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Kazakhstan, which highlights the high level of interstate cooperation and trust.
The establishment of the food safety laboratory was a significant practical result of the international partnership and gave a new impetus to the development of the export potential of the East Kazakhstan region, ensuring the conformity of the products to the requirements of food safety and international markets.
A stable, modern national veterinary laboratory system is formed, ready for further development and new challenges.
