RVL employees successfully completed training in PTM
A group of our employees successfully completed the training course on occupational safety and health issues, along with the general director of the RWL, Elshibayev Temirhan Amantayevich.
In accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the employer is obliged to take all necessary measures to prevent risks at workplaces and in technological processes, taking into account all changes in the production and scientific-technical sphere.
Training of the fire-technical minimum of the heads, specialists and employees of organizations, regardless of the direction of activity , shall be carried out within a month after admission to work and with subsequent periodicity not less than once in three years from the day of last training , and of the heads , specialists and employees of organizations related to explosion and fire hazardous production , once a year according to p.26 of the Order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations No 276 of 09.06.2014 On approval of the Rules of training of the employees of organizations and the population to fire safety measures
During the training, students gained comprehensive knowledge of fire safety in order to prevent and rapidly eliminate emergencies. They mastered techniques for extinguishing fires and rescuing people, as well as the norms and requirements for performing various types of activities.
Special attention was paid to adapting training programmes to the specific needs of our employees. The training of managers, specialists and workers was selected for their specific responsibilities and requirements of the professional sphere. Each programme included a basic set of knowledge needed for a specific professional sphere.
Upon completion of the training, our staff successfully passed the examination before the Qualification Commission with the participation of the State Fire Safety Inspectorate.
The results of the training were:
– Certificate of the established model;
– the minutes of the committee meeting;
And, of course, the confidence that our employees, in the event of an emergency, will not be lost and will be able to apply the knowledge they have gained.
