The RVL began weekly hearings on the reports of the units, with the first to present their reports to the repair and construction department, the department of economic security and logistics, as well as the security and labor protection services.
According to the results of the discussion, General Director T.A. Elshibayev instructed to conduct a full analysis:
– buildings and structures: whether major repairs are needed, whether it is possible to connect to gas and water supplies, conduct a ventilation system examination;
– for the purchase of fuel-energy resources, heating equipment and automobiles;
– to share the functional responsibilities under the articles of the Development Plan between the safety and labour protection service and the engineers of the branches.
Recall that the introduction of a weekly reporting system based on results is one of the issues of improving business processes in the RVL system.
