Under the chairmanship of the head of the Complaints-service of the Republican Veterinary Laboratory, a meeting was held with the directors, responsible employees of the anti-corruption policy lines of the regional and regional branches, as well as with the heads and chief experts of the structural units of the Central apparatus.
The topic of the meeting is the outcome of the discussion of issues related to the Model Basic Direction-4 Prevention and combating corruption following the results of the interagency meeting held on 26.07.2023 at the Ministry under the chairmanship of M.A. Orazayev, head of the MHA apparatus, and representatives of the Anti-Corruption Agency (Anti-Corruption Service).
In the course of the seminar-meeting, it was indicated that in 2022 the work on anti-corruption was implemented in a new direction, according to a new requirement, which provides for an assessment of the work on anti-corruption and tougher accountability for corruption violations. To strengthen the work in this direction, in February 2022 the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved the Concept of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026.
Further, the speakers were informed about the work of our enterprise on the anti-corruption policy line, where it was directly noted that according to paragraph 56 of the Rules of implementation of project management (approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 31, 2021 No. 358, hereinafter Rules) in each state body is implementing a typical basic direction, focused on continuous improvement of the state management system.
One of these mandatory groups of TBN projects for each state body is the need to implement the fourth block Prevention and combating corruption.
At present, the compliance-service is carrying out detailed work to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of anti-corruption policy by improving the quality of the organization of work in the quasi-state sector on corruption prevention.
