The year of stabilization and management alignment 2023 was a stage of stabilization and strengthening of key processes in the activities of the Republican Veterinary Laboratory.

During the year, continuous work of the laboratory network across the country was ensured, the state order was fulfilled in full, diagnostic capabilities continued to be expanded and modern methods of research introduced.

Special attention was paid to personnel policy: raising the qualifications of employees, introducing labour standards, improving the pay system and forming transparent management processes. International cooperation and professional interaction expanded.
The development of paid services has acquired a stable character: in 2023 their volume reached 897 million tenge, increasing by 28.2% compared to 2022.

The social policy of the enterprise was continued: the average wages of employees increased to 181 153 tenge, which is 9.5% higher than the level of the previous year.

2023 has been a year of management stability, growing trust and moving forward with confidence.
We continue to work on the outcome, safety and development of the veterinary laboratory industry.
