The event was attended by Qyzaybayev Taskyn Serikovich, Deputy Chairman of the Veterinary Control and Supervision Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

V.B. Shokubasov has worked his way up from the head of the district veterinary station to leading positions in central bodies and regional structures. During his years of work, he has established himself as an accomplished manager with deep knowledge in veterinary control, laboratory diagnostics and production processes.

The appointment of Valihan Bajaliұлы to a key position in the RVL is aimed at further strengthening the vertical management, increasing the efficiency of the work of the branches and introducing modern approaches to the organization of laboratory diagnostics.
