During the visit, the director general was introduced to the existing veterinary laboratory of the district, located in a building that was supposedly built.in the late 19th early 20th centuryHistorically , the object was a residential house .in 2006During the years of operation, the building has fulfilled its task, but today it no longer fully meets the modern requirements for organizing laboratory activities, ensuring biological safety, placing high-tech equipment and creating comfortable working conditions for specialists.

During the working trip, the new building of the district veterinary laboratory was also inspected, the construction of which has been completed to date. Currently, work is underway on the construction of the vivarium and the improvement of the adjacent territory.

Summing up the visit, the Director-General noted that the modernization of the laboratory network, the construction of new facilities and the strengthening of the material and technical base are strategic directions for the development of the Republican Veterinary Laboratory.
