The course is organized according to the principle of cascading learning: RVL specialists, who have previously undergone professional training abroad within the framework of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) programme, pass on their knowledge and practical skills to colleagues from the regional branches of the enterprise.

Practical classes were held by senior veterinarian of the Shymkent regional branch T. Azimbayevand senior veterinarian of the Akmola branch N. Ahmetov. They have previously raised their qualifications in the areas of animal brucellosis detection and laboratory diagnostics .at the base of the Institute of Veterinary Control Pendik in Istanbul, Turkey– What ?

During the courseparticipants improved their skills in conducting serological studies by the methods of RBP, RSC, RA and RDSCThey also worked on issues of handling biological material, evaluating research results, preventing laboratory errors and complying with biological safety requirements.

Cascading instruction allowsto disseminate advanced international experience throughout the laboratory network, to introduce uniform approaches to research and to ensure the continuous professional development of RVL workers.

The knowledge acquired by one specialist should become the professional property of the entire laboratory network.
