Microbiological control of food products of animal origin and compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union
The purpose of the program is to:
Increase professional competence in the field of microbiological control of food products of animal origin, including identification of pathogenic microorganisms (Salmonella spp., Listeria monocytogenes, S. aureus, E. coli, Clostridia, methods of KMAFANM and BGKE, etc.), compliance with the requirements of TS 021, as well as lab documentation.
Category of listeners:
Directors, veterinary doctors and laboratories of the microbiology department, conducting studies of animal food, plant products and their processing products of regional, regional and regional (zone) branches.
The mode of instruction:
Remote freelance work, webinars, testing, on-site laboratory practice, working with samples, using equipment, reporting.
Criteria for counting:
- Successful completion of distance testing and calculation tasks
- Performing all practical laboratory work and drawing up reports;
- observing the requirements of biological safety and labour protection during practical classes;
- positive results of practical evaluation and/or participation in comparative (inter-laboratory) tests, intra-laboratory control;
The listener shall be deemed to have passed final certification upon successful completion of all mandatory tasks.
Applicability of the program:
This program applies to:
- when organizing production training and raising the qualifications of the staff of microbiological laboratories;
- when preparing and admitting specialists to performing microbiological studies independently;
- when confirming and maintaining the competence of personnel within the quality management system;
- when preparing laboratories for internal and external audits , inspection checks;
- with the participation of laboratories in comparative (interlaboratory) tests;
The programme can be used in regional, regional and regional (zonal) veterinary laboratories regardless of the organisational and legal form.
