These awards were presented by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassim-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev for honest work, high professional skill and great contribution to the development of veterinary service and agro-industrial complex.

It is a high state award-worthy evaluation of the work of specialists who have dedicated their life to ensuring the epizootic, biological and food security of the country. Under the leadership of Elshibayev Temirhan Amantayevich, the Republican Veterinary Laboratory has carried out a great work on modernising laboratory processes, increasing scientific and technical potential and introducing international quality standards.

In his speech, the Minister of Agriculture noted that the achievements of the veterinary laboratory team are contributing significantly to the sustainable development of the industry and increasing the prestige of the domestic veterinary system at the international level.
