Under the direction of T.A. Yelshibayev, Director General of the Republican Veterinary Laboratory (RVL), particular attention is being given to the social well-being of employees and their families.
From January to October 2026, 636 employees received financial assistance totaling KZT 65.091 million.
The assistance was provided to support employees during significant life events. Specifically, 463 employees received financial assistance to help prepare their children for the new school year, 91 following the birth of a child, 65 following the death of a close relative, and 17 upon getting married.
The largest share of the assistance was allocated to preparing children for school, totaling KZT 49.607 million. A further KZT 8.217 million was provided in connection with the birth of a child, KZT 5.795 million following the death of a close relative, and KZT 1.47 million upon marriage.
Financial assistance is an important part of the enterprise’s social policy. These measures are aimed at supporting employees, strengthening social protections, and promoting the well-being of employees and their families.
