Opening the collegial meeting, the General Director of the Enterprise, T. Elshibayev, was the first to give the keynote address. In his speech, he noted the progress of the implementation of the measures provided for in the Enterprise Development Strategy.

He then expressed hope that the day will be fruitful, the participants will make new plans, strengthen the programme of events with additional topical events.

There are two issues on the agenda: the first issue, some problematic issues arising in the course of work at regional and regional branches and their solutions.

The second issue to be considered at the meeting is the development of paid services at the Enterprise and the tasks for the upcoming period.

The results of the work carried out for 2022 were reported by the director of the North Kazakhstan regional branch, Yerbatyr Madyarov, the director of the Karaganda regional branch, Gulnar Zeynollina, the director of the Almaty regional branch, Aybar Karimsakov.

At the end of each report, appropriate questions were asked and answers were given.
