Within the framework of the training requirements of the technical regulations of the EAEUC to the microbiological safety indicators of the products, the established normative values, the methods of their determination and the criteria for assessing the conformity of the results of the studies. The practical part included the main stages of microbiological research. from the preparation of the material being studied and the selection of microorganisms to their identification, accounting and interpretation of the results.
