The training took place from 25 to 27 June at the National Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the World Health Organization.

The Republican veterinary laboratory was represented by Kareembayev A.U., Әділ Ә.B., Smagulov M.G. and Dulazov K.A. In the framework of the program, participants underwent theoretical and practical training on the topics of monitoring, prevention and control of antimicrobial resistance, as well as got acquainted with laboratory methods of detection of resistant microorganisms.

Training has been an important contribution to the development of professional potential, as well as to the strengthening of interagency cooperation in the field of biosecurity and health protection.
