During the training, specialists from different regions deepened their knowledge through theoretical and practical classes, mastered modern research methods and learned to apply them in practice.

During the training, the participants visited food markets, where veterinary and sanitary experts gave detailed information on the procedure for examining animal products, demonstrated the methods of inspection of large and small-horned cattle, as well as fish products, emphasizing the importance of compliance with sanitary norms and interaction with entrepreneurs.

In addition, the participants visited the Innovative Eurasian University, where veterinary science candidate, associate professor Tatiana Igorovna Urumtseva made an excursion and lectured on topical issues of veterinary-sanitary examination.

At the final stage of the program, participants passed a test and successfully solved the case-tasks, which confirmed their high level of knowledge and willingness to apply their skills in professional activities.
