The event was attended by representatives of international organizations, state bodies and partner structures, including FAO, WHO, World Bank, WHO, UNEP, the Veterinary Control and Supervision Committee of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the National Reference Centre for Veterinary Medicine, the Republican Veterinary Laboratory and others.
The project is aimed at developing and strengthening veterinary, medical and environmental systems related to pandemic preparedness and response.
The meeting discussed vulnerable areas in the Central Asian region, including health, ecology and agriculture, and highlighted the importance of intersectoral cooperation to prevent future pandemics.
Such meetings contribute to strengthening partnerships, improving national policies and building long-term potential in the fight against pandemics.
