The training is organized within the USAID project Sustainability of the local health system in Kazakhstan and is aimed at strengthening knowledge in the field of combating zoonotic diseases and other health threats.

The project was implemented with the support of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

As a mentor from the Republican Veterinary Laboratory, Bayseitov Sayat Tullebaevish spoke, sharing his professional experience with the participants.

This stage of training is a significant step in improving the professional skills of health and veterinary safety professionals on the ground. Strengthening the competence of local personnel helps to respond more quickly and effectively to emerging health and environmental challenges, which in turn contributes to creating a safe environment for the population.
