One of the highlights of the visit was getting acquainted with the work of the educational-methodical center. There are courses on improving the qualifications of the employees of branches from all over the country. The specialists of the center provide advice and develop methodological materials to improve the quality of veterinary service, but also become acquainted with modern directions in this field. The center has already trained and upgraded the qualifications of more than four hundred employees. The official legal status of the center will allow to establish the legislative foundations for its work and will allow for more organized and efficient training and training of specialists in the field of veterinary medicine.
During the discussion on raising wages for employees working in hazardous working conditions, the Vice-Minister expressed his full support for accelerating the resolution of this issue. He noted that these employees are doing a very important work related to the prevention and control of infectious diseases, which can have serious consequences for animals and people.
The Republican Veterinary Laboratory plays an important role in maintaining the health and safety of animals, as well as ensuring the quality of food products for the population of Kazakhstan.
