Public hearings on the discussion of the project of prices for the services of state monopoly of RGPs on PHI were held in the RGP Republican veterinary laboratory Veterinary control and supervision committee of the Ministry of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the chairmanship of the head of the Epizootic monitoring department of the KVK of the KVK of the RHM S.T. Kurmangaliyev.

General Director Elshibayev T.A. voiced the need to resolve the issue of surcharges in the amount of 50 (fifty) percent to workers who deal with pathogenic biological agents of I and II groups of pathogenicity according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Biological Security of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 9 November 2022 No. 370, as well as the urgent need to increase the wages of production personnel.

Representatives of the Competition Protection and Development Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Atameken, the JSC RCPJ Asyl Түлік, the Union of Poultry Farmers of Kazakhstan and others took part in this public hearing.
