Experts of the World Organization for the Protection of the Health of Animals (WHO) within the framework of the mission to conduct PVS (indicators of veterinary services) evaluation of the service of protection of the health of aquatic animals in the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – Mission) visited the Republican veterinary laboratory.

International experts at WHO Dr. Johnsen Stian, Dr. Latini Mario, Dr. Grossel Geffrey William, Dr. Chokrevski Sloboden examined the work of the veterinary laboratory and noted the high level of veterinary laboratory equipment and the level of competence of specialists.

The mission of the WHO is based on the request of the Veterinary Control and Supervision Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Fisheries Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Mission is scheduled to be carried out by international experts from 26 October to 5 November 2022.
