A. Jakupbayev, Chairman of the Veterinary Control and Supervision Committee of the HICM came on a working trip to the central region of Kazakhstan together with T. Elshibayev, General Director of the RGP Republican Veterinary Laboratory of the HICM KVKN of the HICM.

Within the framework of the working visit, a meeting was held with the participation of representatives of the veterinary services of the region on veterinary safety issues, the issues of reforming the veterinary system were also voiced, the issues of the veterinary laboratory in the Ulitau region were also discussed. Particular attention was paid to ensuring epizootic well-being and solving problematic issues.

T. Rysbekov previously held the position of head of the Zhezhkazgan Urban Territorial Inspection of the Veterinary Control and Supervision Committee of the KMH.

Also during the visit, A. Jakupbayev and T. Elshibayev met with A. Barikenov, first deputy of the Ulitau region’s Akim, where problems and social issues in the veterinary industry in the Ulitau region were uncovered.
They also discussed the issue of the regional veterinary laboratory in the city of Zhezhkazgan and reached a common understanding on the resumption of the activities of the regional laboratory and took appropriate decisions.
