From 1 January 2022 onwards , the salaries of the Production Workers of the Enterprise have been increased from 9% to 15%:
– 9 percent for sanitarians;
– 10% by the head of the RVL;
– the head of the laboratories of DZH, PB, senior veterinary doctors, veterinary doctors, laboratories, animal care workers by 15%;
– the salaries of the heads of the samples and information reception department have been established at the level of the heads of laboratories of DZJ, PB.
From 1 July 2022 onwards, two salaries will be paid to the worker’s sick leave.
To date, the collective agreement has been amended to increase the amount of compensation for sick leave from one salary to two.
The enterprise creates all the conditions for productive work: pay is paid on time, to public holidays prizes.
The enterprise pays great attention to the social support of the workers, and according to the workers’ applications, they receive financial assistance for the birth, burial, marriage, schooling of their children.
Currently, work is underway to raise the wages of the employees of the Enterprise.
