At the same time, large-scale work was carried out on the modernization of infrastructure, updating laboratory equipment, developing specialized areas and strengthening personnel capacity.

His clear vision of the country’s development priorities and a clear set of tasks in the field of agro-industrial complex and biological security set a steady vector of successive transformations.
The professional and responsible execution of these tasks by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the minister, the vice ministers and the management of the industry has ensured the practical implementation of strategic decisions and the transition from spot events to sustainable development of the entire system.

Today, RVL is a modern, sustainably functioning laboratory system that ensures animal health protection, food safety and trust in Kazakhstan’s veterinary expertise at national and international levels.
