The purpose of the visit was a comprehensive study of the work of the branch, starting with the analysis of current achievements and ending with the identification of pressing issues that need to be addressed.

During the visit, Temirhan Amantayevich held a meeting with the team, which discussed not only current operational tasks, but also long-term development plans. Particular attention was paid to the state of the laboratories, equipment and working conditions, which allowed to identify the need to modernize the technical base to comply with high standards of diagnostics.

The Director-General also met with the laboratory’s specialists, heard their opinions and suggestions on optimizing work processes and improving efficiency. These discussions contribute to strengthening cooperation at all levels and help to resolve emerging issues quickly, thereby supporting the corporate culture.

Temirhan Amantayevich stressed the importance of raising the qualifications of employees and introducing advanced technologies into the laboratory’s work, which will be the basis for further growth and strengthening of the Competitive Position of the Enterprise.
