The Director-General has set the task of controlling the following issues:
1. the transition from diesel to solid fuel in the building of the Urjar RVL of the Abaya regional branch;
2 . Connecting to the central gas supply of the building of the Karatyub RVL of the West Kazakhstan branch;
3. to work on the issue of repair of the Transformer of Panfilov RVL of the Jetisus Regional Branch.

Our Republican Veterinary Laboratory is part of a sophisticated system of public funding to ensure the safety of animals and humanity through the study of dangerous infections.
1. The Payment Fund:
Our budget is formed from the payment for conducting research, which is allocated by the state. An important indicator is the wage fund, which is determined annually by the authorized body, in accordance with Article 138 of the Law On State Property.
2. The budget approval process:
The procedure itself begins with the approval of tariffs at the Agency for the Protection of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan (AZRK), where the analysis of the expenditure part of the year is carried out.
3. Budget allocation:
After the analysis and approval of the tariffs in the AFRK, the document is sent to the authorized body – the KVKN of the RKX. Then the agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of National Economy and the Ministry of Finance is made. After the final document is published on the portal Әділет.
4. Assessment of wages:
Our wages are directly related to research. If we want to increase the payroll fund, we need to increase our share of income, and for this we need to increase the number of paid studies being conducted. And this already implies the work of the branch management with inspectors, local executive bodies, peasant farms, etc. It is also very important to have an economical and thoughtful attitude to the existing budget. For example, a thoughtful purchase of goods that are really necessary for work, a careful attitude to property.
