Within the framework of the instructions of the general director of the Republican Veterinary Laboratory, a working trip was carried out to the facilities of the Shymkent regional branch, related to the implementation of activities on gas supply, modernization of engineering infrastructure and ensuring the stable functioning of laboratory network facilities.

The visit examined the facilities of the region and the district, including the Saragash, Shardarin, Tollebi, Ordabasin and Turkestan veterinary laboratories, as well as the technical condition of the facilities, completion of construction and installation works, commissioning of gas equipment, water supply, compliance with sanitary requirements, as well as further preparation of the facilities for accreditation procedures.

Particular attention is paid to the implementation of measures to connect objects to centralized systems of gas supply and to modernise engineering infrastructure. Construction and installation work is in its final stages on a number of objects.

Within the framework of the visit, an assessment of the condition of buildings and engineering communications was also carried out, issues of technical inspection of individual objects, modernization of ventilation, water supply and heat supply systems, as well as further development of the material and technical base of the laboratories were considered.

The work carried out is part of the Republican Veterinary Laboratory’s consistent policy aimed at modernising the facilities, raising the level of biological and production safety, creating comfortable working conditions and ensuring the sustainable functioning of the veterinary laboratory network of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
