The year of foundation and launch of systemic changes 2022 was the starting point of large-scale and consistent transformations in the activities of the Republican Veterinary Laboratory.

The main focus was on restoring and modernizing the infrastructure of the laboratory network, eliminating accumulated technical and organizational problems, as well as ensuring basic conditions of biological safety.

In parallel, work was carried out on the formation of the personnel and the normative basis: the launch of the Training-methodical center, the training of specialists, participation in the development of industry normative documents and the first inspection procedures.

The formation of the base of paid services was a separate direction: at the end of 2022 their volume amounted to 699,5 million tenge, which became the starting point for further sustainable growth.
The average wage of the employees of the enterprise in 2022 amounted to 165 419 tenge, laying the foundation for the subsequent gradual increase and introduction of incentive surcharges.

It was in 2022 that the foundation was laid for the sustainable development of the entire veterinary laboratory system, and we continue to work for the outcome, safety and development of the veterinary laboratory industry.
