The CA continues to work on improving the business processes of the enterprise.
Today’s agenda included the following departments: economics and pricing, public procurement, as well as technical and information security.
According to the results of the reporting meetings, to improve the work processes, General Director T.A. Elshibayev gave a number of instructions:
1️. Conduct an analysis of the work done. It is important to evaluate the performance of the tasks set, identify the problem points and offer solutions to them.
2️. The Department of Public Procurement should make proposals to improve work with the single public procurement operator. This will help eliminate the possibility of involving unfaithful suppliers and prevent delays in procurement. It is also necessary to assess risks and propose measures to minimize them.
3️. The Technical and Information Assistance Department should conduct an analysis of the situation with the computer equipment of the RVL branches. It is important to consider the issue of surveillance cameras and registers in laboratories to ensure security and control of processes.
4️. The Department of Economics and Pricing should work on issues of increasing fixed capital and finding additional funds to pay surcharges in 2024. This will ensure the stability of financial resources and motivation of employees.
The Director-General stressed that this approach helps to focus work on real results rather than formal processes.
