Within the framework of supporting and continuing the course determined by the General Director of the Republican Veterinary Laboratory, in 2026 it is planned to implement a set of activities aimed at further modernising the engineering infrastructure of the Enterprise’s facilities, increasing the level of biological and production safety, as well as creating modern and comfortable working conditions for the employees of the laboratory network.

One of the key areas of work remains the development of systems of engineering facilities, including the construction and modernization of flow-outlet ventilation systems, the connection of facilities to centralized engineering communications, the reconstruction of buildings and the updating of production infrastructure.

Priority is given to improving the energy efficiency of the facilities, rational use of budgetary resources, optimization of operating costs and introduction of modern environmentally oriented solutions in the field of heat supply, ventilation and engineering communications.

The implementation of the planned activities will ensure the transition to more sustainable and technological approaches to the use of facilities, increase the reliability of engineering systems, improve the operating conditions of the branches and strengthen the material and technical base of the veterinary laboratory network of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The 2026 action plan includes:

• construction-assembly works on the installation of flow-draught ventilation systems at 5 objects;
• connection of objects to centralized systems of gas supply , water supply and heat supply;
• implementation of projects for the reconstruction of roofs and the capital repair of objects;
• development of project-smete documentation on a number of objects with the conduct of technical examinations;
• construction of new facilities and adjustment of project solutions taking into account technological changes and modern requirements of use.

Particular attention will be paid to the facilities of regional and regional branches in Akmola, Atyrau, Aktoba, Kyzylorda, Zhambyl, Turkestan, Almaty, North Kazakhstan regions, Jetis region and Astana city.

The consistent implementation of these measures demonstrates the systematic approach of the Republican Veterinary Laboratory to the development of engineering and manufacturing infrastructure, introduction of modern technologies and ensuring the sustainable and safe activities of the laboratory network of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
