The story

The year 1943

The Pavlodar regional veterinary bacteriological laboratory was founded in the years of the Great Patriotic War (the exact date is unknown due to the absence of early archives).

1947 through the 1990s

The institution was successively subordinated to the Agriculture Administration (from 1947) and the Agro-Industrial Committee (from 1986). New departments were gradually opened: biochemical (1957), helminthological (1958), biopharmaceutical (1960), radiological and ихтиopathological (1962), leukemia (1990).

7th of May 1999
December 28th of the year 2000.

Republican state enterprise Pavlodar regional veterinary laboratory Department of veterinary supervision of the RXM (which combined 12 district laboratories and 11 expert stations on the markets).

The Pavlodar regional branch of the RGP Central veterinary laboratory of the RKH (Pavlodar village).

2002 to 2008

In 2003 the spectrometric complex Progress and the methods of IFA were introduced, and from 2006 onwards, studies with the method of PCR were started (specialists underwent internships in Germany, USA, UK).

20082012 years

The branch is subordinated to the State Inspection Committee in the RXM APP. The new buildings of the regional laboratory, vivary, garage and object in the Kachir district (Terenkol village) have been put into operation.

Since July 4th , 2012 .
for the time being .

The institution officially operates as The Pavlodar regional branch of the RGP on PHI Republican veterinary laboratory Committee of veterinary control and supervision of the RXM(Pavlodar village).
In 2014, 7 new modular district laboratories were opened (Aktoghai, Bayanaul, Zhelezin, May, Irtysh, Uspen and Sharbaktian).
In 2023, it received a permit to work with microorganisms of the third group of pathogenicity. At the end of 2024, the branch took the 2nd place in financial indicators and entered the top three of the RVL leaders in terms of the number of paid studies.
