History

August 17th, 2023

Pursuant to an order of the General Director of the RSE on the REM “Republican Veterinary Laboratory,” the Astana Regional Branch was established. It is one of the youngest structural units of the enterprise and has formed an effective organizational structure within a short period of time.

2025

Comprehensive landscaping and improvement works were carried out on the laboratory premises. On October 6, 2025, the branch’s testing laboratory successfully completed the re-accreditation procedure and received Accreditation Certificate No. KZ.T.01.0536.

July 10, 2025

On July 10, 2025, the branch hosted a large-scale Open Day attended by the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH), the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken,” and relevant government agencies.

July 16, 2025

On July 16, 2025, an official meeting was held with a delegation from Jordan dedicated to the exchange of advanced international experience in veterinary diagnostics.

December 2025

The testing laboratory successfully expanded its scope of accreditation by introducing the advanced high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for high-precision analysis.

Present time

The branch is actively developing its operations, strengthening its diagnostic capacity, and maintaining close cooperation with government authorities. It regularly holds working meetings with the Territorial Inspectorate for Astana under the CVCS of the MoA of the RK.
