On the basis of the order of the Director General of the RGKP RVL the administrative center was relocated from Almaty to Tалдыкорган; the first state registration as Tallykorgan Regional Branch of the RGCP Republican Veterinary Laboratory RXM. In 2005 the branch was accredited for the first time to ISO/IEC 17025 standard .
